The GBI made 15 arrests Thursday as the result of a nine-month drug investigation in west Georgia.

The GBI’s West Metro Regional Drug Enforcement Office and the Haralson-Paulding Drug Task Force executed multiple warrants and seized more than 38 kilograms of methamphetamine, marijuana, illicit pharmaceuticals and 11 firearms, according to a news release. The street value of the meth was about $530,000.

Officials also seized 34 vehicles purchased with drug proceeds and about $200,000 in cash from drug proceeds, the release said.

According to the GBI, more charges and arrests are pending.

Eight of the people arrested were charged with conspiracy trafficking methamphetamine and using a communication facility to commit a felony: Denzel Isaiah Strickland, 26, of Villa Rica; Nathaniel Seth Edwards, 25, of Villa Rica; Andregus Miquel Sparks, 41, of Temple; Corey Michael Evans, 40, of Villa Rica; Donald Ray Dickerson, 60, of Temple; Jason Lee West, 39, of Roopville; Vincente Dwight Brown, 43, of Villa Rica; and Michael Albert Patterson, 37, of Villa Rica.

Others who were charged included: Lindsey Ann Hale, 27, of Villa Rica, conspiracy possession methamphetamine and using a communication facility to commit a felony; Shea Lynn Holland, 45, of Villa Rica, conspiracy to distribute marijuana and using a communication facility to commit a felony; Freddy Strickland, 44, of Villa Rica, trafficking methamphetamine, using a communication facility to commit a felony, possession of schedule II controlled substances and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; Latiffany Andrews Gibbons, 38, of Bowdon, trafficking methamphetamine and using a communication facility to commit a felony; and Stephanie Diane Keeton, 36, of Villa Rica, conspiracy trafficking methamphetamine, using a communication facility to commit a felony and possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.

Also, Samantha Lee Green, 23, of Temple, was charged with possession of schedule II controlled substances and Christopher Harper, 35, of Temple, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
