On the 13th anniversary of the Sept. 11th attacks, former Press Secretary Ari Fleischer took to Twitter to give a minute-by-minute account of what happened behind the scenes on that fateful day.

Fleischer's tweets give a firsthand account of what President George W. Bush and his staff were doing and how they were handling the attack on the country. It's a side of the events that most people aren't familiar with and that the public rarely gets to see.
