DeKalb County police released a photo Wednesday of a suspect in a July shooting.

Two men have been arrested and one is wanted by DeKalb County police after a July shooting at a Waffle House left a 19-year old bystander partially deaf and blind.

Photos of Rodney Woods were posted to social media Wednesday by DeKalb police as they considered him a person of interest in the case. He was quickly identified and is now wanted for aggravated assault and other charges. In an email to AJC.com, police spokeswoman Michaela Vincent said Woods is considered armed and dangerous.

Woods was a passenger in a gray 2008 Nissan Sentra that was involved in the shooting, police said. The driver and backseat passenger, Michael Banks and Cameron Holloway, have already been arrested and face aggravated assault and other charges.

The shooting, which took place July 1, left the teenager with partial hearing loss and permanently blind in his right eye.

According to the police account of the incident, the teen was getting breakfast on his way to work. While he was standing at the Waffle House register, the shooter began firing at another person in the restaurant, missed him and hit the 19-year-old in the face. Police did not specify which suspect was the alleged shooter.

Anyone with information about the shooting or the man pictured is asked to call 404-577-8477. Tips can be anonymous.
