Police seek 2 suspects who stole wigs worth $2K from Stockbridge shop
Henry County police are asking for the public’s help as they search for two people suspected of stealing more than $2,000 worth of wigs from a Stockbridge shop Thursday evening.
The incident took place at Touched By An Angel beauty salon on Hudson Bridge Road, Henry police said in a Facebook post. The two suspects, who can be seen in security camera footage from the business, entered the salon and appeared to be browsing wigs.
When the salon employee was distracted, the suspects snatched several wigs and left the store, police said. They left the shopping center in a gray Honda, though investigators could not tell the car’s model.
The suspects will be charged with theft by taking, according to police.
