A man was found dead from a gunshot wound in Atlanta’s Reynoldstown neighborhood Thursday morning, police said.

Few details have been released, but Atlanta police said officers were called to Wylie Street just after 11 a.m. after getting reports of a person shot. Officers found an unresponsive man inside a car parked on the mostly residential street just off Moreland Avenue.

The man, who was not publicly identified, was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The location is in a heavily trafficked area that is home to several popular restaurants, including Whoopsie’s, Pretty Little Tacos and Wylie and Rum.
