A 21-year-old mother with dreams of becoming a pharmacy technician was found shot to death inside a car early Wednesday in south Fulton County.

Fulton police were called to Ocean Valley Drive, near Flat Shoals Road, after a neighbor heard a single gunshot, went outside and found Claynesia Ringer dead, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Ringer, family members told Channel 2, was the mother of a 2-year-old daughter and was going to college.

Her relatives and friends gathered on Ocean Valley Drive as a Fulton police SWAT unit raided a home on the street. No one was inside the residence, but authorities did find marijuana, an AR-15 loaded with armor-piercing bullets and video equipment, according to Channel 2.

In the yard of the same home, detectives found at least two rounds from a .45-caliber gun — the same type of gun used to shoot and kill Ringer, police said.

Those who knew Ringer told Channel 2 they did not know why she was at the house. She lived in the neighborhood, but did not have a close relationship with anyone living at the raided home, the station reported.

Channel 2 reported a green SUV was towed from the home.
