An 18-year-old was killed early Tuesday morning in a single-car wreck in Bartow County, the Georgia State Patrol confirmed.
Emily Lauren Brown of Rome was traveling west on Ga. 20 when she lost control of her car, GSP officials said. The car began rotating clockwise and traveled off the north side of the road.

The car then struck two trees and continued rotating clockwise before coming to a stop, the GSP said.
Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
She graduated from Coosa High School last year, according to her Facebook page.
