WATCH: 2 armed robbers break into Conyers adult store, beat employees, cops say

July 13, 2018

Police are searching for two armed men who broke into an adult store in Rockdale County and assaulted employees, Channel 2 Action News reported.

Surveillance video from the Starship Enterprises store on Ga. 138 in Conyers allegedly shows the robbers barge in, steal cash out of the register and terrorize the employees at gunpoint.

“Armed robbery in itself is very violent, but these guys were aggressive and violent,” Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Charles Dixon told Channel 2. “It was pretty brazen.”

After the register was cleaned out, they allegedly forced employees to lead them to the store’s safe, where one of them hits two employees, the video allegedly shows.

After not being able to get into the safe, the two bolted from the store, Channel 2 reported. They were both wearing black mesh masks over their faces.

Police told the news station the man in the red Ohio State Buckeyes hoodie seems to have done this before.

“(He looks) a little bit older, bigger. The other looks to be a younger male — looks to be like the lookout,” Dixon said.

A search is active for the two suspects, and anyone with information is asked to call 404-577-8477.
