Conyers police have arrested three teenagers in connection with Monday night’s kidnapping, robbery and sexual assault of a woman who was working security on a local movie set.

Justin Kohn, 17, of Conyers, and two 15-year-olds, Duwayne Fleeting and Jarius Shorter, were all charged as adults with armed robbery, kidnapping, false imprisonment, financial card fraud, carjacking and weapons charges, according to police, who planned to do a photo lineup with the victim.

Kohn is being held at the Rockdale County Jail, while the two younger suspects were taken to a youth detention center. More charges may be forthcoming, police said.

The victim was in her car outside a film company around 11:30 p.m. Monday when she was approached by two men with their faces covered, she told police.

The men forced the woman into the trunk of her BMW and drove around before forcing the victim to provide her ATM card and PIN, police said. The men then withdrew money from the woman’s account at the Bank of America branch on West Avenue in Conyers.

The victim was then driven to Johnson Park, where she was sexually assaulted at gunpoint, Conyers police spokeswoman Kim Lucas said. The woman was released on Johnson Road, and the suspects drove off in her vehicle, which police later recovered. She was able to walk to a gas station on Klondike Road and call 911, police said.
