An Okeechobee man was arrested Sunday for beating up a 16-year-old boy with autism.
The attack was recorded and posted online, according to the Okeechobee City Police Department.
Andrew Wheeler, 18, was charged with felony child abuse.
He is being held at the Okeechobee County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
