Cobb County police arrested a man believed to have stabbed two people at a Smyrna apartment complex last week.
Kareem Rashad Carter, 25, of Kennesaw, was arrested Friday on weapons charges in the incident, according to jail records.
Carter was doing work for the victims Thursday at the Villas of South Cobb on Old Concord Road when he and a male driver got into an argument, Channel 2 Action News reported.
Police say he then allegedly stabbed the man around the head and neck area. A woman inside the car was also stabbed, the news station reported.
Police say Carter used a small knife or box cutter and left the scene.
The man who was seriously injured in the attack was taken to WellStat Kennestone Hospital, Channel 2 reported.
Carter remains in the Cobb County Detention Center.
No other details were released.
