Shooting on MLK Drive ruled suicide
The preliminary investigation indicates that the man is deceased, police said.

June 25, 2013A man was fatally shot in the 3800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive on Tuesday, according to Atlanta police spokesman Officer John Chafee.
Police determined it was a suicide, Chafee said.
