Shooting on MLK Drive ruled suicide
The preliminary investigation indicates that the man is deceased, police said.
A man was fatally shot in the 3800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive on Tuesday, according to Atlanta police spokesman Officer John Chafee.
Police determined it was a suicide, Chafee said.
