A Georgia woman is accused of leading police on a terrifying high-speed chase, all with a kidnapped 8-month-old child in the back of the stolen car. Samantha Nicole Barrett, 22, is charged with attempting to elude a police officer, cruelty to children, reckless conduct and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

The chase, all caught on video, went through several Georgia counties and at times reached speeds of up to 90mph.
