Second arrests made in Gwinnett market fires

Adams, 22, both of Ellenwood, were charged with first-degree arson, burglary, possession of a destructive device, manufacture of a destructive device and possession of tools for the commission of a crime, according to a Gwinnett County Fire Department news release.

The arrests came days after police charged Michael Johnson in connection with the fire.
