A grocery store manager said two men stole his pickup truck at gunpoint in Roswell.

A Publix manager was carjacked at gunpoint while leaving work in Roswell, and authorities later found the stolen vehicle in northwest Atlanta, Channel 2 Action News reported.

The man was leaving the grocery store at 885 Woodstock Road late at night a few weeks ago when he said two men approached him, one holding a gun, and demanded his pickup truck, Roswell police told Channel 2.

“It appears the victim left his car running with the door open, and as he approached the vehicle, two subjects came up to him,” Roswell police Lt. Noah Caplan told the news station. “One of which possibly brandished a handgun and then they drove off in his vehicle.”

Atlanta police found the truck Sept. 3, but no arrests have been made, Channel 2 reported.

An investigation is ongoing.
