Atlanta police arrested a suspect in the February armed robbery of a McDonald’s. And they say he and other suspects in this robbery are part of a crew responsible for thefts at other businesses in Atlanta and Clayton County.

Taraidan Gass, 19, has been charged with the Feb. 1 robbery of the McDonald’s at 526 Ponce De Leon, Atlanta police said Thursday. Police said two armed suspects approached the drive-through window and jumped through the window. Three employees were ordered to the back of the restaurant at gunpoint.

The suspects took money from the cash registers and a safe, as well as credit cards and money from the employees, police said. Investigators have determined that a third person was also involved in the crime.

Gass also has been charged with the armed robberies of the Q Time restaurant and several auto parts stores.
