Police ID man found dead from gunshot wound in DeKalb

DeKalb police have identified a man found dead Thursday in the southeast part of the county.

The body of 23-year-old Tellias Welborn was discovered on a section of a Biffle Road that runs between Redan Circle and Redan Road, DeKalb police Capt. Stephen Fore said Friday. He was dead from an apparent gunshot wound.
