A pickup truck landed on top of a salvage yard worker in Clayton County on Monday, killing him, police said.

Michael Hilley, 31, who worked at the Southern Auto Salvage Company in Ellenwood, died at the scene, Channel 2 Action News reported. He was working on removing a part from the truck, which was being held up by a forklift, when it fell directly on top of him.

Clayton County police believe it was an accident, Channel 2 reported. No charges are being filed.
