A man wanted in connection with the shooting death of a delivery truck driver during a botched robbery attempt in Pennsylvania last year was arrested in DeKalb County on Friday, the Associated Press reported.

Rodney T. Shelton, 38, is being held without bond, according to DeKalb jail records. He is being held as a fugitive from justice.

Shelton was found in a woman’s apartment, the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Task Force said

Shelton, from Elizabeth City, N.C., is wanted in connection with the June 2015 death of 63-year-old Thomas Childs, the AP reported. The victim was found next to his truck in the loading dock of Ridgway Industries just west of Philadelphia, the apparent victim of an early morning robbery.

Shelton faces charges of first-, second- and third-degree murder along with robbery and firearms violations, the report said.

Prosecutors think Shelton got away with less than $20 in the robbery, WTVR.com of Richmond, Va., reported.

“Rodney Shelton’s blatant disregard for human life has made this case a top priority for us,” U.S. Marshal David B. Webb of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said.
