A North Georgia man was sentenced to 25 years of imprisonment Friday for producing child pornography using his teenage fiancee’s 3-year-old and 9-year-old sisters.

Shawn Ryan Budovic, 28, of Cartersville, used the message application Kik to meet his former girlfriend, Kayla White, 17, of Trenton, Mich., U.S. Attorney Byung J. “BJay” Pak said in a news release.

He sent her images of child porn and requested sexually explicit photographs of two of her younger siblings, Pak said.

White complied and Homeland Security Investigations agents ended up finding the pornographic photos of the children on Budovic’s phone when they executed a search warrant at his home, Pak said.

In the search, hundreds of videos and images of minors being sexually molested and raped were found in his home in addition to the images of White’s sisters, Pak said.

He sought out girls as young as 12 on websites such as Facebook and Skype and engaged in sexually explicit chats with many minors, Pak said.

Budovic pleaded guilty in May. White was charged with first degree child abuse, and Trenton police are still investigating, the GBI said.

Following Budovic’s 25 years in prison, he will be under supervision for life, Pak said. He will also be required to register as a sex offender.
