A man was charged after he allegedly trespassed on MARTA tracks in northwest Atlanta on Wednesday night, forcing service disruptions on the blue and green lines.
The east/west line was shut down at the Hamilton E. Holmes station about 11:20 p.m. due to a trespasser on the tracks, MARTA officials said. The man was later identified as Isaiah Anthony Silva of Alpharetta.

The transit agency used buses to transport riders from the station to the West Lake station until service resumed about 12:45 a.m.

MARTA police were called to the tracks, and Silva was taken into custody. He is being held in the Fulton County Jail on charges of criminal trespass and certain acts in transit in lieu of $800 bond.
