A driver walked away after causing a multi-vehicle collision but wasn't gone very long.

Tulsa police say witnesses gave them a description of Kristopher Fode. They didn't need it, however, because Fode's parents brought him back to the scene.

Fode reportedly admitted to taking some Ambien earlier in the day. How much he took wasn't revealed.

He said he did not remember the collision, booking records showed.

Fode was arrested and taken to the Tulsa County Jail after being evaluated. He faces counts of hit-and-run and DUI-drugs.
