A man accused of videotaping young girls in a Target dressing room was arrested Thursday night in New Hampshire, according to Bedford police.
Zachery Bishop, 22, was allegedly recording two underage girls in the Target store on South River Road in Bedford, New Hampshire on Wednesday night when police were called.
"Allegedly the young ladies were in the fitting room and they observed a device over the top of the partition between the two rooms," Bedford police chief John Bryfonski told WFXT.
One of the young ladies confronted the man and then took it one step further.
"She actually followed the subject out of the store trying to restrain him," Bryfonski said.
Before officers could arrive, police say Bishop took off. Target employees helped police identify the suspect, and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
The 22-year-old Raymond resident turned himself in and has been charged with violation of privacy.
Police worry that there may be more victims out there.
"There may have been some other instances that may not have been reported, may not have been noticed," Bryfonski said.
Bishop is being held at the Hillsborough County jail on $2,000 cash bail.
Target issued the following statement:
"At Target, our guests are at the center of everything we do and our commitment to creating a safe and secure shopping environment in our stores is unwavering. As a part this commitment to safety, we have robust procedures, policies and trainings in place to ensure that our stores are safe places to shop and work.
