A 21-year-old Johns Creek man was arrested early Thursday after a deputy found him without pants inside a car with a 13-year-old girl, authorities said.

The two were discovered about 4 a.m. in a red Honda Civic parked outside a football field at the Sonoraville Recreation Center near Calhoun, according to an incident report from the Gordon County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver of the car, Sergio Arturo Robledo, attempted to back up when he saw the deputy’s flashing blue lights but couldn’t get around the patrol car. The deputy noted that the Honda was “shaking violently,” as if the people inside were scrambling around frantically.

When he approached the vehicle, he realized Robledo was naked from the waist down and attempting to cover himself with a jacket, according to the report.

He asked if the two people inside were “fooling around,” to which Robledo reportedly replied, “Yes, we were just bored.”

Noticing the teen appeared to be underage, the deputy asked for her name and date of birth. The girl gave a fake name, and the age she provided didn’t match up with the year she said she was born, according to the report.

He called for backup and spoke privately with the teen, who admitted lying about her name and told the deputy she was only 13.

Robledo reportedly ignored deputies’ commands to stay inside his vehicle, but was quickly handcuffed after trying to get out. He also admitted to deputies that he had been speaking with the girl over a cellphone app, according to the report, and an empty bottle of vodka was discovered inside his glove box.

Robledo was charged with child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, public indecency, loitering and prowling, and two counts of misdemeanor obstruction. He remains held at the Gordon County Jail.

The 13-year-old was turned over to the custody of her parents and taken to the hospital for a sexual assault screening, authorities said.
