A Griffin truck driver said he was reduced to “shaking” when he realized he had won $1 million with a scratch-off ticket, the Georgia Lottery announced Friday.

Kenneth Carter, 31, bought the holiday-themed Jingle Jumbo Bucks ticket in the North Fork Chevron in Oxford and was in his truck where he realized he won the top prize.

“I was just shaking,” he told the Georgia Lottery. “I asked for the rest of the day off.”

Carter said he had his eye on the future and may want to start his own trucking company.
