HIV-positive Athens man charged for having unprotected sex

Police arrested an HIV-positive Athens man for allegedly having unprotected sex with a woman, according to the Athens Banner-Herald.

Ricky Billings, 52, was charged with felony reckless conduct for allegedly having sexual relations with a 32-year-old woman dating back to July, according to reports.

Police allege that Billings had sex with the woman on multiple occasions without disclosing that he was HIV-positive.
