With two men in custody, Henry County police continue searching for two additional suspects in last week’s deadly burglary shootout.

Robert Lewis Price III and Terrance Leslie Floyd III are at large and should be considered armed and dangerous, police said in a news release Tuesday.

On Sept. 11, a man and his son returned to their Flat Rock Road home in Stockbridge around 8:30 p.m. while it was being burglarized.

Ronnie Cantrell Sr., 68, and his son Ronnie Cantrell Jr., 42, exchanged gunfire with the intruders and were taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, police said. The father died Friday morning. The son’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening.

Suspect Brandon Terry-Hall, 20, was apprehended after arriving at Piedmont Henry Hospital the night of the incident for treatment of gunshot wounds, police said. Trey Cota, 21, was arrested at a home on Edison Drive the same night.

Authorities have said they believe Price entered the Cantrell home with Terry-Hall, while Cota was the getaway driver. Floyd is believed to have remained in the vehicle.

Anyone with information on Price’s or Floyd’s whereabouts was asked to call 911 or the Henry County Police Department.
