Gwinnett police trying to ID man found shot multiple times

Oct 18, 2015

Early Sunday morning, a man who had been shot multiple times was found outside a Norcross-area apartment complex.

Gwinnett County police don’t know who he is — or who killed him.

In a brief news release issued Sunday afternoon, Cpl. Deon Washington said officers found the man around 2 a.m. at the Sienna Heights Apartments, located at 1355 Graves Road. He was taken to Gwinnett Medical Center, where he later died.

Other than a vague description of the victim — Hispanic male in his early 30s, between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-10, around 200 pounds — police had no other details about the incident.

“Unfortunately that is all the information we have right now,” Washington said in an email.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact Gwinnett homicide detectives at 770-513-5300. Tipsters can also remain anonymous — and be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000 — by contacting Crime Stoppers at 404-577-TIPS or crimestoppersatlanta.org.
