Steven Charles Reeve, 41, was arrested Thursday after driving to Cobb County to meet who he thought was a 13-year-old girl, according to police.

A former school bus driver, arrested eight months ago on charges of sexual exploitation of children, was arrested again last week after authorities say he made arrangements to meet and have sex with an online contact who he thought was a 13-year-old girl.

Steven Charles Reeve, 41, of Cumming, was charged with computer pornography-obscene contact and booked into the Cobb County jail early Friday, booking records show. The arrest warrant says he “traveled to a location where he believed he was going to meet the minor, and was arrested by police officers.”

Reeve was using an online dating site and was in fact communicating with an undercover officer, authorities say.

In September, Reeve spent a night in the Towns County jail in north Georgia after authorities said he took inappropriate photos of an underage girl. He was released on $15,000 bond and ordered to have no contact with minors.

Towns County District Attorney Jeff Langley told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution he now plans to file a motion to revoke Reeve’s bond in Towns County. Reeve is still in Cobb County custody. He’s being held on a $25,000 bond.

Days before his earlier arrest, Reeve resigned from his position as a Forsyth County school bus driver, a spokeswoman for that district said. Langley said Reeve also previously worked for a tubing company.
