A Cobb County father and son are accused of sexually abusing children on multiple occasions.
Audrey Bruce Swanson, 65, and Dustin Bruce Swanson, 38, each face three counts of felony child molestation, according to Cobb police warrants. Dustin Swanson is also charged with three counts of felony aggravated child molestation, one count of felony incest and one count of felony sexual battery against a child.
Although both warrants were served Dec. 7, the alleged abuse happened at different times and locations, according to the warrants.
Audrey Swanson allegedly abused a 12-year-old on two occasions and a 10-year-old once in October at his home in the 1500 block of Jacqueline Circle, the warrant said.
Dustin Swanson allegedly abused a 5-year-old on multiple occasions in 2013 at a home in the 2300 block of Buckley Court. The warrant cites his most recent alleged abuse at his home in the 6200 block of James Road last month.
It’s not the first time Audrey Swanson has been accused of child molestation. According to Channel 2 Action News, he was found not guilty in Douglas County of molesting a family member at a shopping mall.
Both men are scheduled to appear in a Cobb County court next week, Channel 2 reported. They are booked in the Cobb County Jail with no bond.
