A pregnant woman was among the victims of a triple shooting in downtown Atlanta on Tuesday evening, authorities said.

Just after 7:45 p.m., officers found the injured woman and two injured men in the 200 block of Trinity Avenue, Atlanta police said. All three had been shot several times in the legs and upper torso and were taken to a hospital. Police did not release their conditions.

Investigators believe several men in a gray SUV fired at them before driving away. Officer Anthony Grant told AJC.com that the incident is being considered a road-rage shooting, but no other details were provided.

The investigation is ongoing.
