DeKalb County police have arrested a second suspect in a deadly shooting last month outside the Mall at Stonecrest.

The Sept. 29 slaying of Kevin Downer happened in a parking lot after the eastern DeKalb mall was closed. Three men were identified as suspects in his death: Jermel Campbell, Taron Williams and Trayvon Williams.

Campbell, 26, turned himself in to authorities Monday night, according to DeKalb police. Taron Williams surrendered earlier this month, and Trayvon Williams remains at large.
