An Atlanta deejay had his bond revoked Tuesday after he was processed again in Fulton County Jail on new charges, according to Channel 2 Action News.

Andre Jason Pugh, also known as DJ Awesome, was processed at the Fulton County Jail on a “Foreign County” charge, Fulton County Sheriff spokewoman Tracy Flanagan said on Tuesday. That would be a hold from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, where Pugh was arrested recently. Pugh also was scheduled for a court hearing this week in Fulton County, Flanagan said.

Pugh was arrested by Rockmart Police on Monday on criminal trespass charges, according to Channel 2 Action News. Police were summoned after they found Pugh at his girlfriend's place of work two weeks ago, according to testimony from Rockmart officer Kevin Montgomery.

Pugh was found near an employee’s car, which had a large screw found nearby, according to Channel 2.

The point of the screw was angled up toward the tire with the head down on the pavement, Montgomery testified. The officer testified that he believed Pugh was trying to sabotage the car.

The Fulton County prosecutor said Pugh violated terms of his bond by traveling outside the Atlanta area, Channel 2 reported.

Pugh and his alleged accomplice, Adrian Hanley, spent less than a month in Fulton County jail on charges of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, and conspiracy to commit first degree burglary. Bond was granted in December 2014.
