An alleged Bloods gang member was arrested Tuesday, charged with the March 23 murder of an East Point man.
She was out of jail on bond for a double murder at the time, according to Channel 2 Action News.
Jaimee Harrell, 36, served less than a year in prison before she was released from a 10-year sentence for a Cobb County theft conviction from May 2013, according to Channel 2.
She was out for about four months, before police arrested her on May 30, 2014, and charged her in an execution-style shooting of two women in a DeKalb County apartment complex.
Shaniqua Camacho, 20, and Sonia Williams, 21,were found shot to death shortly after 6 a.m. on May 19, 2014, at the Walden Pond complex on Shellbark Road.
Malcolm Jamal Brown, a reputed Bloods gang leader, allegedly ordered the hit on the women after one of them "disrespected" him. He was charged in the crime and released on a $75,000 bond, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.
A court spokesperson confirmed Judge Linda Hunter granted Harrell a $50,000 bond in May 2015, though prosecutors strenuously opposed bond.
