What could be more perfect: a Halloween masquerade in the Krog Street tunnel, Atlanta’s edgiest, Eurotrashiest urban outpost?

Trouble is, the guy who came up with the idea is a professional festival creator, not a guy from the Cabbagetown neighborhood. Some of the locals think he’s poaching on their turf, trying to turn a profit off of the coolness they created.
