Sept 29, 2014Remember the days when it seemed like everyone you knew — and their pets — were making tidy sums by flipping crummy houses?
So do the folks who showed up last week for a flip-this-house seminar advertised by one of the gurus of the movement, A&E’s Than Merrill.
So here’s the question: Was it hope that drove this diverse group of Atlanta residents to Merrill’s event? Or was it desperation?
