Police are looking for three men who broke into an Athens man’s home Monday and stole some of his belongings, including $100 in marijuana.

It took only five minutes for the men — one of them in a red, hooded sweatshirt and armed with an “AR” style rifle — to break into the man’s home on the 100 block of Ruth Drive, Athens-Clarke County police spokesman Epifanio Rodriguez said.

The alleged thieves took the victim’s Xbox, PS4 and cellphone, plus $100 worth of marijuana, Rodriguez said.

No one was injured in the incident. Police did not say if the victim knew his alleged attackers.
