$10,000 reward offered for arrest in Atlanta bank robbery

A $10,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted for robbing PNC Bank on Briarcliff Road in Atlanta on Tuesday.

Surveillance footage captured clear photos of the man during the robbery Tuesday as he entered around 10:30 a.m.

Atlanta police said the man pointed a semi-automatic handgun at the teller, jumped over the counter and shoved money from several cash drawers into a black canvas bag. He fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The robber was wearing a black shirt, tan shorts, brown hat and sunglasses and is in his late 30s to early 40s, between 5-foot-10 and 5-11 and weighs about 200 pounds, Atlanta Police said.
