A 21-year-old Barrow County man is accused of possessing child pornography and marijuana, the sheriff’s office said Monday.
Deputies obtained a search warrant for an Oxford Ridge Road home, near Winder, after receiving information that Timothy Earl Ray was downloading child pornography, Capt. Matt Guthas said. During a search of the home, investigators found evidence of child porn on Ray’s computer and marijuana, Guthas said.
Ray was charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography, one count of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of possession of marijuana, the sheriff’s office said.
