A man accused of two murders in DeKalb County and targeted by the district attorney there for the death penalty, has now also been indicted for murder in the death of two homeless men in Atlanta.

Aeman Presley, 34, is accused of murdering Dorian Jenkins, 42, and 68-year-old Tommy “Can Man” Mims around Thanksgiving in Atlanta.

Investigators tied him to the cases after MARTA police arrested him for fare evasion and found a gun and ammunition on him that was linked to the homeless cases.

He is indicted in DeKalb charged with killing , 44, in downtown Decatur and Calvin Gholston, 53, who was living for two months in an alleyway near a shopping center on Memorial Drive in DeKalb County before his bullet-ridden body was found on Sept. 27.

On Monday, DeKalb District Attorney Robert James said he planned to seek the death penalty. Fulton District Attorney Paul Howard did not respond immediately whether he is considering the death penalty for the double homicide in Atlanta.
