PHOTOS: Georgians remember Sept. 11

From the state capitol to individual fire stations, Georgians commemmorated the 23rd anniverary of the victims of the terrorist attack on the United States on Sept. 11, 2001.

Atlanta Fire Rescue honor guard, Lt. Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens along with Atlanta Rescue Fire and Atlanta Police were in attendance to join parishioners and members of the public to pray and show appreciation for those who serve and protect the public in observance of 9-11.
