Two men were arrested after Hall County deputies said they found drugs worth about $330,000, including heroin and methamphetamine, in their vehicle Thursday evening, authorities said.

Deputies were conducting a traffic stop at the intersection of Poplar Springs Fork and Bolding Road around 10:30 p.m. when they came across 38-year-old Miguel Angel Cadena-Pacheco of Gainesville and 30-year-old Miguel Angel Guzman-Abarca of Chicago, according to Hall County sheriff’s spokesman Derreck Booth.

Agents with the Gainesville and Hall County narcotics squad searched the men’s vehicle and seized about 1,300 grams of methamphetamine, about 700 grams of heroin and nearly $1,500 cash, Booth said.

The men, who were booked into the Hall County jail with no bond, each face trafficking heroin and trafficking methamphetamine charges, according to online jail records.
