Leaders of Habitat for Humanity – North Central Georgia have named Steve Napier, as executive director effective immediately. Napier joins HHNCG from Action Ministries of Georgia where he was vice president of finance and administration.

Founded in 1994, HHNCG serves Cherokee, Dawson, Forsyth and North Fulton counties “to help individuals build strength, stability and self-reliance through shelter.” At HHNCG, Napier directs and oversees administration, corporate relations, development, staffing and volunteer programs.

“Steve’s nonprofit, finance and administration background is a wonderful match for our mission,” said Michael Krauter, chair of the HHNCG board of directors. “As a former Habitat volunteer, he is familiar with all aspects of a build, which makes him ideally suited to tell the HHNCG story and build new relationships with the business community, partners and volunteers.”

“Habitat for Humanity – North Central Georgia has an impressive legacy of constructing over 300 new homes for low-income families,” said Steve Napier, executive director of Habitat for Humanity – North Central Georgia. “I am looking forward to helping people learn more about all that Habitat has to offer, including programs that provide home repairs to non-Habitat seniors and veterans and build tomorrow’s leaders through our student engagement program.”
