Early voting set in Henry County for special election

The early voting schedule in Henry County has been set for the Feb. 9 special election for the State House District 90 seat vacated last fall. The voter registration deadline for this election has already passed.

There are three early voting sites: the main election office in McDonough, the Merle Manders Conference Center in Stockbridge, and the Fairview Recreation Center. Polls will be open Jan. 19-22 and 25-29 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Jan. 30 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; and Feb. 1-5 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters may check their voter registration at mvp.sos.ga.gov.
