Gwinnett will celebrate the contributions of the county’s Hispanic and Latino communities during Hispanic Latino Heritage Month through Oct. 15.

A cultural exhibit is on display highlighting arts and culture, sports, entertainment and food from Latin American countries at the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center atrium, 75 Langley Drive in Lawrenceville. It also gives a brief history of Hispanic Latino Heritage Month.

On Tuesday, Oct. 5 Gwinnett will host a Heritage Night celebration at the administration center.

The event will feature food, music, performances and a proclamation from the Board of Commissioners recognizing Hispanic Latino Heritage Month in Gwinnett. Registration is required by Tuesday, Sept. 28: www.eventbrite.com/e/hispanic-latino-heritage-night-celebration-tickets-174245792857.
