Alabama’s lengthy opening drive, 14 plays, 56 yards, resulted in a 37-yard field goal after the Georgia defense held at the 19-yard line.

Georgia got a lot of pressure on Alabama quarterback Bryce Young, nearly sacking him twice (including the negated defensive touchdown) on the drive.
