When Bob and Ali Van Dillen built out their basement, they decided they wanted to put in a bar from Classic Bars, who installed a custom bar in their last home. Susan and Jeff Phillips worked with SBD Construction & Renovations to update their basement in July 2018. In her “lady’s cave” homeowner Nadine Faison has a full bar, sofa and high-top table.
