Built in the 1950s by the Nelkin family, popular architects at the time, the 5,205 square foot home was renovated to the current style in 2005. The front door is actually found in the back of the one-story home. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The most unique feature of the owner’s bathroom is the large infinity tub overlooking the outdoors. In fact, the tub’s faucet is on the bathroom ceiling, filling the tub from above. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The spa-style owner’s bathroom consists of a steam shower, gorgeous infinity tub, two sinks, and an extremely organized closet. The extensive renovation from 2005 can totally be seen from the beautiful owner’s bathroom. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The expansive owner’s suite with space for a king-size bed overlooks the beautifully landscaped front yard. Though the property is on such a busy road, it is extremely private. The ceiling skylight allows more natural light to enter the room. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The kitchen continues the mid-century modern theme with corresponding cabinetry and fridge/freezer and a white marble island. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The interior design encompasses a classic mid-century modern aesthetic and architecture with white walls, wood doors and brick accents. The furniture is monochromatic though the artwork is colorful. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

Windows surround the home’s walls allowing the exterior to peak in and creating natural light throughout the space. Located off the family room is a living room space that overlooks the home’s standout feature, the indoor pool. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The most unique feature of the home, the indoor heated pool, was revamped during the renovations with a new roof including 12 skylights bringing the outdoors in. Sliding doors surround the pool and give the space an outdoor feel when opened, though catering to year-round swimming. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The 3-bed/3.5-bath home includes two guest rooms with an adjoining bathroom, along with an owner’s suite. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The photographs displayed throughout the home were shot by the current owner himself. The guest room setups would be perfect for two kids’ rooms. Text by Mallory Moskovitz

The long, one-story home sits on 1.255 acres of beautifully landscaped land with trees, greenery, and flowers surrounding the front and back yards. Due to maintaining aspects from the original property, the driveway is quite unique and wraps around behind the home, creating plenty of parking for entertaining guests. Text by Mallory Moskovitz
