Atlanta is a city that loves its automobiles, and that's nothing new. Our roads have always been a lifeline, though an often slow and unpleasant one. Long before there was MARTA, the city's streets were the only way to get from one place to another. From Smyrna to Sandy Springs, and from downtown to Buckhead, let's take a ride down some of Atlanta's streets as the were from 1900-1998.
