PHOTOS: Rep. David Scott lies in state in Atlanta capitol
U.S. Rep. David Scott, the first Black man to chair the U.S. House Agriculture Committee, died after more than 51 years in elected office. The Georgia Democrat lay in state in the Atlanta Capitol rotunda. He was 80 years old.
